At Goodword, we want you to love your style; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is securely folded.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
